Property photography is incredibly important in making a positive first impression and selling your property or holiday accommodation to a potential buyer or holidaymaker. I use the highest quality DSLR camera, wide angle lens and professional editing to photograph properties at their best. I have refined my techniques over the last few years, working freelance for estate agents and photographing many holiday lets. I can’t overstate how important high quality photography is to stand out from other properties for sale or for rent, or from other holiday accommodation. A one-off cost for property photography is an investment that can generate many more viewings or bookings, with a very quick return on investment.  I provide professional interior and exterior photography for:

For providers of holiday accommodation, there are so many holiday properties for a customer to choose from, so whether it’s making sure you have a compelling and beautiful website, or you want to stand out from the other listings on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) like Airbnb and Booking.com, top quality photography is the only way to do that.Â
Accurately present your property to increase bookings
Images you present to potential guests should clearly and accurately show the rooms, the location of the property, places to visit nearby and features that make the property unique. This will all ensure you can increase bookings throughout the year. A holiday let with strong bookings, offers the potential for more customer loyalty and the option to increase prices in the following years.Â
Showcase the local area
As well as photographing interiors, exteriors and aerial photography, I also have a vast portfolio of local landscape photographs. Going on holiday is about a lot more than just the accommodation. Show your guests what they can see and do nearby and the experiences they can have while on holiday with you. My local area photographs are the perfect way to do that.Â

Most estate agents are competing locally against others, or on one of the main property websites like Zoopla, Rightmove and Prime Location, so it’s incredibly important to make your properties stand out among the listings. Â
Properties with professional photography receive on average 118% more online views and sell up to 32% faster than those without
Why choose professional photography?
Professional photography makes a huge difference to a basic camera or phone. I use a full-frame DSLR camera with a wide angle lens, excellent dynamic range and refined & professional editing. What this means is that rooms look brighter, sharper and the wider angle gets more of the room into the frame – particularly useful in bedrooms and bathrooms.
The dynamic range and techniques I use, ensure that in rooms with big windows, the rooms aren’t dark and the view out the window isn’t too bright and washed out. It offers the potential to show the view out of the window, from within the property.

From my experience, often aerial photography provides the best view of a property or holiday accommodation. The lead image for a property I have photographed, will often be an aerial image, whether that’s on your website, an OTA listing, on Rightmove or in a property brochure.
Show your surroundings
It’s also a great way to show the surroundings of a property, which may be a large garden, fields and countryside, its proximity to a local town or village, or perhaps even the coastline. Even with a legal flying limit of 400ft high, the coastline and sea can be visible in properties up to 2 or 3 miles from the coast. Aerial photography is also great for video clips, which make a great first impression on a website or a short promotional video about your accommodation.Â
Aerial photography can be added to any property or holiday accommodation package for a small extra fee and I typically photograph anywhere from 10ft high to 400ft high, depending upon what is required.
